“Starting as an intern, I quickly realized that Black Cell was more than just a workplace — it was a community built on dedication, motivation, and professionalism. What began as a 10-week internship turned into the start of a rewarding career, surrounded by supportive colleagues, inspiring mentors, and opportunities to grow every day.”

  • Why did you choose BlackCell? How did you decide you wanted to work here?

At university, I had to select a place for my internship. In one of my classes, Dr. Tünde Bonnyai gave a lecture as a guest lecturer. She introduced herself, and I found out she was working at Black Cell. Her way of presenting and her professional expertise convinced me to apply here. My internship lasted 10 weeks, during which I grew to love the environment, the people, their attitude, and the dedication I saw in everyone. I was certain that I couldn’t have ended up in a better place, so I worked with a mindset that ensured I could stay at Black Cell afterwards. It looks like that effort paid off.

  • How would you describe BlackCell in three words?

Dedication, motivation, professionalism.

  • What do you like most about BlackCell?

It’s hard to highlight just one thing out of so many. I feel that the best part is that I can always count on everyone. As a career starter, I received all the support I needed. Whenever I got stuck or felt like something wasn’t going well, there was always a helping hand, and I learned something new every single day. Also, our days aren’t only about work, during lunch breaks or after work, there are always great conversations and laughter that make everyday life more colorful.

  • Who would you recommend the company to?

To those who want to develop themselves and advance professionally. Here, all the opportunities are given to bring out the best in yourself.

  • What positive surprises have you had with the company?

For me, the community was perhaps the most positive surprise. I didn’t “just” find colleagues here but also friends. During breaks, I can always laugh, chat, or ask for advice. One of the most important things in a workplace is to love what you do, and the other is to be surrounded by a friendly, supportive community. At Black Cell, both of these are true to an exceptional degree.

  • Tell us about a BlackCell success you are proud of!

There was a project I took part in where, at the end, my colleague and I had to write a long and complex report. At first, it seemed difficult since there were many things to keep in mind to make it as accurate and understandable as possible. Based on the feedback, I did a good job, and this was highlighted within the team. That meant a lot to me and gave me positive reinforcement that I’m on the right path. I considered this a big success because I had never had experience with such a task before, and I feel that I managed to deliver my part really well for the first time. It also proved that the effort and learning I put in bring the expected results.

  • Tell us about your favorite BlackCell experience!

In the summer, we had a company event celebrating Black Cell’s 15th anniversary. For me, this was the best experience so far because we had a lot of fun, and there was also a short presentation from the management that was held in a very positive atmosphere. In addition, colleagues also received awards, which I thought was a great gesture.

  • Who among your colleagues has had the greatest influence on you and why?

I could mention many people, but if I have to choose one, it would be Dr. Tünde Bonnyai. She helped me start my internship here and has supported me the most throughout my journey so far. I learned a lot from her during our joint projects, and she always gave me valuable advice. Her dedication, knowledge, and attitude toward work had a strong impact on me. I believe that if someone wants to be successful and valuable, this is exactly the attitude they need to have, something she embodies. That’s why I can confidently say that many career starters or professionals, including myself, can look up to her as a role model.

  • Why is it worth applying here?

Because you’ll be surrounded by knowledgeable, valuable people, the team-building events are always fun, and the work environment is flexible. Thanks to hybrid work, it’s easier to balance everyday life, especially for people with families.

  • How has BlackCell helped you in terms of your future?

It helped me map out my options for the future and guided me on what to learn. I was interested in many aspects of the field, and I received advice and recommendations that turned out to be very useful. I was also supported in further training courses, which I successfully completed.

  • What kind of community/social experience does BlackCell offer?

We’ve had several types of team-building events. They’re always diverse, and we get to discover new places. These programs are great because they bring people closer together and let us step out of our daily tasks for a while. I think of the team and community as our second family since we spend most of our time together, sometimes even more than at home. That’s why I’m glad we have so many shared programs and that we’re happy to come into the office also because of each other.

  • What is one or two sentences you would use to convince others to apply to BlackCell?

If you want to grow both professionally and personally, this is the place for you. Black Cell is the workplace where you can feel at home among professionals.
