Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience in the field of cybersecurity and information security.
- Knowledge of standards related to IT security (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and 27001:2022), frameworks (e.g., NIST SP800-53 Rev4 and Rev5), recommendations (recommendations of the Hungarian National Bank on IT system protection), EU and domestic legislation (e.g., NIS2, GDPR, Kibertan.tv.), and knowledge of current best practices.
- Excellent oral communication and cooperation skills, openness, and high level of written expression.
- Confident knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (interpretation and processing of materials in English, participation in meetings with international customers).
- Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Creative handling of unexpected situations and challenges.
- Proactivity, ability to prioritize.
- Team spirit, enthusiasm, auditory attitude.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
Desirable (but not essential) experience
- IT and information security technological knowledge (mainly knowledge of network and cloud services, including cloud recommendations by the Hungarian National Bank).
- Internal and/or lead auditor, lead implementer certificate for ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
- CISA or CISM certificate, or a similar certification.
- Higher degree in IT and/or information security, or ongoing studies in this direction.
- Category B driver’s license and be an experienced driver.
- Conversational English or German language skills.

Scope of duties
This position is responsible for one of our international customer’s group locations covering the following areas:
- Coordination of internal control handbook introduction in the IS/IT area
- Supervising internal control in the IS/IT area
- Ensuring compliance for business functions (IT/IS)
- Communication between various directors, locations, and IS/IT functions
- Coordinating and supervising IT compliance-related work in projects and audits

- Design, implement, administer, and continuously improve Black Cell’s and our customers’ Microsoft 365 infrastructure

Scope of duties
- Supervise contract fulfilment and contribute to its optimization for both the customer and Black Cell and monitor factors, which influence them.
- Establish and refine processes to provide consistently high levels of customer service in a cost-effective manner as part of continuous improvement.
