• Why did you choose BlackCell? How did you decide you wanted to work here?
    Actually, I didn’t choose Black Cell at first – Black Cell chose me. A dear friend of mine – who is now also a colleague – who had been working at the company for a while, reached out to ask if I’d be interested in joining the team, and after our first meeting, I felt that this was the right place for me.
  • How would you describe BlackCell in three words?
    Innovative, supportive, friendly
  • What do you like most about BlackCell?
    I can turn to my colleagues with any questions or problems, they always listen and help me out. We have a very strong team, not only professionally but also personally.
  • Who would you recommend the company to?
    For anyone who loves a challenge, a dynamic daily routine, and is passionate about cybersecurity.
  • What positive surprises have you had with the company?
    What really surprised me was how quickly I felt at home in the community. I was welcomed by a very supportive and helpful team.
  • Tell us about a BlackCell success you are proud of!
    During the annual KPI review, it was mentioned that I do a lot to help new colleagues settle in and go through the onboarding process – they can always come to me for help, for example. I was surprised, but it felt really good to know that a few kind words and a little help can make such a big difference.
  • Tell us about your favorite BlackCell experience!
    Last year’s “Compliance Christmas Party”, which colleagues from other departments eventually joined as well. It was a joy to unwind a bit after the year-end rush, the atmosphere was great, and there was plenty of laughter. We’re lucky!
  • Who among your colleagues has had the greatest influence on you and why?
    Someone, I thank to that I am here today: Tünde Bonnyai, PhD. We knew each other even before BC, she mentored me and supported me throughout my university years.

    In achieving the personal goals mentioned earlier. Cybersecurity in industrial systems is one of my areas of interest – a topic I also cover in my doctoral dissertation – so I have tailored my objectives accordingly.
  • What kind of community/social experience does BlackCell offer?
    In addition to team-building events (both company-wide and team-level), there are also opportunities for hiking together. We also have a tradition of having group lunches and coffee breaks together.
