• Why did you choose BlackCell? How did you decide you wanted to work here?

I wanted to start my career in IT security in an environment where I could gain insight into multiple aspects of the field while continuously developing my skills. It was important for me to be able to make the most of my professional potential and have room for creative thinking, all within an energetic and modern team. A close friend of mine recommended BlackCell for exactly these reasons, and that’s ultimately how I ended up here.

• Tell us about a BlackCell success you are proud of!

I joined the company as a beginner in IT Security, so I set high expectations for myself from the start to catch up professionally. The effort eventually paid off: within a relatively short time, I was able to move from an L1 SOC Analyst position toward specializing in Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting, and eventually progress to L2 SOC Analyst – all within 2.5 years.

• Tell us about your favorite BlackCell experience!

One of the best experiences for me has been building genuinely strong friendships with some of my colleagues. We often organize activities outside of work as well, whether it’s grabbing a beer and chatting or playing online games together in the evening.

• Who among your colleagues has had the greatest influence on you and why?

It’s hard to highlight just one person, because for me, our team as a whole has the biggest impact. We work closely together every day, and everyone brings a unique perspective or way of thinking that inspires the others. This environment constantly motivates us to improve – whether professionally, in problem-solving, or in communication skills. I believe it’s this shared dynamic that truly drives us forward.

• What kind of community/social experience does BlackCell offer?

We regularly organize team-building events, from outings to themed activities like carnival costume events or Christmas dinners, but what I’d highlight in particular are the LAN parties, which have become a big favorite among the gamer colleagues.
