Black Cell is proud to announce a major step in its digital transformation journey: the introduction of an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, supported by a non-refundable European Union (EU) grant of 49.99 million HUF.

To sustain our dynamic growth and international expansion, we are implementing Microsoft’s cloud-based Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solution. As a Microsoft Security and Modern Work Solutions Partner, we will leverage the scalable and modular capabilities of this platform that integrates perfectly into Black Cell’s security and compliance ecosystem. Cybersecurity and compliance requirements were vital as Black Cell will be subject to NIS2 starting 2026.

Dynamics 365 Business Central will unify key business processes across sales, finance, and HR, reducing manual work and enabling automated data handling. The integration will also provide advanced reporting capabilities to strengthen business planning and decision-making.

The project is part of the GINOP Plus program under the call “Supporting the Innovation Capacity of SMEs,” announced by the National Development Centre. Implementation began in Q3 2025 and is scheduled for completion by mid-2026. Beyond improving efficiency, the initiative will help preserve 60 jobs and create approximately 10 new positions, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable growth. The project is realised with the support of the European Union and co-financing from the Hungarian state under the Széchenyi Plan Plus.
