Our infographic, sourced from Kaspersky Security Network (KSN), reveals key findings:
- Phishing Attacks: 30,803,840 attacks targeted online stores, payment systems, and banks from January to October 2023.
- E-commerce Platforms Under Siege: Online stores bore the brunt, accounting for 43.5% of attacks.
- Mimicked Giants: Phishing pages imitating Amazon, eBay, Walmart, AliExpress, and Mercado Libre totaled 6,232,882.
- Apple Lures: Apple emerged as the most popular lure, with 2,844,828 phishing attempts.
- Spam Surge: In the first two weeks of November, 92,259 spam emails containing “Black Friday” were detected.
