Offensive Security Engineer
Join our passionate, fun, and innovative organization as an Offensive Security Engineer.
Scope of duties
- Perform web, network, and infrastructure penetration tests independently.
- Actively participate in red team exercises (e.g., initial access, lateral movement, persistence).
- Document test results and deliver detailed, client-friendly reports.
- Occasional communication with clients: consulting, presenting findings, and providing recommendations.
- Share knowledge internally and support colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of methodologies, processes, and toolsets.
Requirements
- at least 4 years of relevant experience in penetration testing / offensive security.
- Ability to execute project tasks independently from testing to reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
- Familiarity with security standards and methodologies (e.g., OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, PTES, NIST).
- Proficiency with penetration testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, BloodHound, Nmap).
- Good written communication skills in documentation and reporting.
- Confident professional English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented mindset.
Desirable (but not essential) experience
- Offensive security certifications (HTB, OSWE, OSEP, OSED, OSCE3, CRTO, etc.)
- Red teaming experience (adversary simulation, purple teaming)
- Scripting/programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Cloud security testing experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Medior Information Security Compliance Consultant
Join our passionate, fun, and innovative organization as a Medior Information Security Compliance Consultant.
Tasks
- Carry out the following tasks individually:
- gap assessment projects (7/2024 MKr., ISO 27001:2022, etc.),
- risk assessment projects,
- BCMS projects (BIA, BCP, DRP),
- development of a documentation framework for clients,
- carrying out the daily tasks assigned to them.
- CISO role at the client.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the field of information security (compliance).
- Deep and solid knowledge of standards related to IT security (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and 27001:2022), frameworks (e.g., NIST SP800-53 Rev4 and Rev5), recommendations (recommendations of the Hungarian National Bank on IT system protection), EU and domestic legislation (e.g., NIS2, GDPR, Hungarian Cybersecurity Act), and knowledge of current best practices.
- IT and information security technological knowledge (mainly knowledge of network and cloud services).
- Higher degree in IT and/or information security, or ongoing studies in this direction.
- Internal and/or lead auditor, lead implementer certificate for ISO/IEC 27001:2022 or any relevant certification.
- Excellent oral communication and cooperation skills, openness, and high level of written expression.
- Confident knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (interpretation and processing of materials in English, participation in meetings with international customers).
- Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Conversational English language skills.
- Creative handling of unexpected situations and challenges.
- Proactivity, ability to prioritize.
- Team spirit, enthusiasm, auditory attitude.
