  • Detailed description of the project content:
    Black Cell is implementing an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with the support of a HUF 49.99 million non-refundable European Union grant. To support the company’s continued growth, it is essential that internal business processes are managed within a unified platform covering sales and commercial operations, finance, and human resources.
    As a Microsoft Security and Modern Work partner, Black Cell has chosen to implement the cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solution. The project aims to improve the efficiency of existing human resources, increase value creation per employee, reduce manual administrative work, and automate data transfer and record-keeping processes. An additional objective is to establish advanced reporting capabilities to support business planning and decision-making.
    The project is expected to preserve 50 existing jobs and create 10 new positions.

    1. Leadership Development (24 hours): This training strengthens participants’ leadership competencies by developing the knowledge and skills needed for effective leadership, decision-making, and team management.

    2. English Language Training: TThe program develops the English language competencies required for effective communication in an international business environment.
    3. Communication Skills Development: This training enhances participants’ communication skills, including assertive communication, active listening, clear information sharing, conflict resolution, and constructive feedback. It supports effective teamwork, stronger workplace relationships, and improved organizational performance.
