She is responsible for Black Cell’s entire HR process. Her duties include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and refining the employer branding strategy, and supporting the onboarding of new colleagues. She also oversees the company’s performance management framework, coordinates learning and development programs, supports compensation and career development processes, and ensures HR practices remain compliant with employment law and regulatory requirements.

As a strategic partner to Black Cell’s leaders, Kitti supports organizational change, leadership decision-making, and the continuous development of the company culture. Her work is driven by a strong focus on data-driven HR, continuous improvement, and fostering an environment where Black Cell remains an attractive, inspiring, and competitive workplace for both current and future colleagues.
