ERP Implementation at Black Cell 

Project summary 

Black Cell is implementing a comprehensive digital transformation project aimed at enhancing its internal business processes and operational efficiency. Supported by the European Union and the Hungarian State through the GINOP Plusz 2.1.3 program, the project focuses on the introduction of a cloud-based, integrated ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) to unify commercial, financial, and HR functions. This digital transformation will reduce manual work, automate data management, and provide advanced reporting for better business planning.
